İbrahim Atik was born in İzmir in 1990. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Karşıyaka, he completed his university education at the International University of Sarajevo, Cumhuriyet University and Heinrich Heine University, respectively. He completed his undergraduate education with a degree in the department. The academic knowledge he gained in three different countries and three different universities gave him the opportunity to discover the connection between language and culture on site. He carried these experiences both to his teaching career and to his writings.

Since 2012, he has been a teacher specializing in language education, a sworn translator and also a writer who aims to touch people with the power of stories. He developed his passion for words and literature by nourishing himself with the cultural texture of the city where he was born and raised.
